Key Features:
Core Design:
The core is made of imported cold-rolled silicon steel, reducing no-load losses and current. It is tightly stacked and fixed to reduce noise and improve stability.
Structure of Winding:
Low Voltage Windings: Up to 500kVA transformers, low voltage windings are cylindrical in a double-layer structure, while above 630kVA, the double-helix or copper foil winding provides better strength and short-circuit performance.
High-Voltage Windings: The high-voltage windings have been designed with a multilayer cylindrical structure in mind for better insulation and overall performance.
High-Quality Materials:
The windings themselves are made from oxygen-free copper, more conductive and durable; these help reduce energy losses.
Sealed Structure & Cooling:
It prevents transformer oil from being exposed to air, which accelerates aging. The fully sealed design will extend the life of the transformer. There are corrugated plates in the oil tank that enhance the circulation and heat dissipation of the oil, hence keeping everything cool during operation.

It reduces leakage chances and increases oil passage. This factor, together with better welding, provides a more reliable and durable transformer.
