Key Features
Windings
The windings are constructed using high-grade electrolytic copper or aluminum conductors, paired with epoxy-coated kraft paper insulation for superior thermal performance. This kraft paper provides enhanced short-term overload capacity compared to traditional insulation materials.
Core
The core is designed for maximum efficiency and minimal noise. Precision core cutting, guided by a computer-controlled system, ensures dimensional accuracy. Laminated stacking further enhances the performance of the oil-immersed transformer, delivering tailored solutions for every customer.
Radiator
Equipped with either panel-type or corrugated radiators, the transformer ensures effective heat dissipation. This guarantees that winding and oil temperatures remain within specified limits, even under full-rated load conditions.
Testing Standards
The transformer undergoes comprehensive testing in accordance with IEEE C57.12.00 and IEEE C57.12.90 standards. All tests are successfully completed in a single cycle, ensuring unparalleled reliability:
Ratio, Polarity, and Phase Relation Tests
Winding Resistance Measurement Tests
Insulation Power Factor
Full Wave and Reduced Wave Impulse Test
Applied and Induced Potential Tests
No-Load and Load Losses at Rated Current
Percent Impedance at Rated Current
Leak Test
Control Cabinet Functionality Test
Seamless Logistics and Delivery
Expert Handling
With over a decade of expertise in transformer manufacturing and exporting, TRONKI ensures secure and efficient packaging and transportation.
Customized Shipping Solutions
For large 69kV transformers exceeding 3 meters in height and 50 tons in weight, high-voltage bushings, radiators, fans, and other accessories are carefully disassembled and shipped separately.
The transformer body is placed in specialized open containers for secure transport.
Accessories are meticulously packed in durable wooden crates to safeguard them during transit.
